Horecava, the biggest food industry event in the Netherlands, takes place between 7th and 10th of January 2019 in RAI Amsterdam. byFlow, a 3D Food Printing company from Eindhoven announced the innovator no 1 at the Horecava 2018, will be present again at the event’s Innovation LAB. Together with Jan Smink, chef and owner of Restaurant Smink - the first restaurant in the Netherlands with 3D-printed food on the menu, byFlow will show how 3D Food Printing works in practice and how it can be used for food personalization. The company will also officially launch its newest product.
